The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and IBSER will work together on E-data project

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and IBSER defined scope of work for E-data project.
The Ministry of Finance continues implementing a revolutionary IT platform called the E-data portal, which allows making the use of public funds transparent, satisfies the public interest and right to promptly receive reliable information on government transactions, and also improves the situation in combating corruption, as every citizen can now easily and freely track payments of all state agencies and enterprises, addressees of public funds, their intended purpose, and amounts in real time.
IBSER will deliver training to spending units with regard to use of the official Web portal of public finance of Ukraine in more than ten oblasts of Ukraine, as well as provide the methodological support in developing a system of key performance indicators (KPI) and the Transparent Budget project.
