The USAID Municipal Finance Strengthening Initiative (MFSI-II) Roll-out Project has created a promotional video to advertise participatory budgeting to Ukrainian citizens.

The video will motivate the residents of Ukrainian cities to take part in the allocation of part of municipal budgets by submitting projects designed to improve the level of comfort of living in their cities and selecting projects by open vote. The projects to win the largest support of residents will be implemented at the expense of city budget.
