The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative 2014-2015 Report Published

The second Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) Report for Ukraine has been published, covering the years 2014 and 2015.

The document contains a review of Ukraine’s extractive industries, information about the regulatory and fiscal environment, as well as the results of reconciliation of cashflow data for taxes and other payments to the state by Ukrainian extractive companies for the years 2014 and 2015.

The payments and revenues disclosed in this Report include both taxes and fees (profit tax, rent for use of subsoil resources, ecological tax etc.), and a range of non-tax fees as required by the legislation of Ukraine.

The Report also includes the data on cashflows in the sectors engaged in the extraction of minerals, such as natural gas, oil, coal, iron ore, titanium ore, and manganese ore.
