A law has been approved “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Sources of Financing the Road Industry of Ukraine’ with regard to improving the mechanism of financing the road industry”

The legislative act presents Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Sources of Financing the Road Industry of Ukraine” in a wording, according to which “the state budget of Ukraine provides annual expenditures for financing the works related to construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of public motor roads”.
For these purposes, there will be a State Road Fund set up within the Special Fund of the state budget of Ukraine.
